The F1912, F1950, F1951, F1953 and F1956 are part of IDT’s family of Glitch-Free™ digital step attenuators optimized for the demanding requirements of base station radio cards and communications infrastructure applications. The silicon design results in very low insertion loss, low distortion and the devices offer pinpoint accuracy with excellent ESD protection. IDT’s Glitch-Free™ technology results in low overshoot and minimal ringing during MSB transitions.

These DSAs are offered in compact 4 mm x 4 mm QFN packages with 50Ω impedances for ease-of-integration.

According to IDT, additional key features of these Glitch-Free DSAs include:

(1) The F1953 includes integrated DC blocking capacitors.

The F2250, F2255 and F2258 are low insertion loss, voltage variable RF attenuators designed for a variety of wireless and other RF applications.
